N.01 Deposit, not full payment A 25% deposit confirms your slot. Remaining balance is invoiced across the build phase, 14-day terms. via Stripe

N.02 Scoping call before signature Even after deposit, we hold a 60-minute scoping call. If the final scope is materially different, we refund or adjust. within 5 days

N.03 Refund policy Full deposit refund if cancelled before the architecture phase ends (§ 0.2). After that, refund is pro-rated against engineering days delivered. until § 0.2
